Return & Refund Policy

At Sleep Apnea Care, we are committed to providing quality healthcare services and genuine sleep therapy products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.
1. Medical Services
Consultation fees, diagnostic services, and healthcare services are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided.
If an appointment is cancelled by Sleep Apnea Care, eligible patients may receive a refund or be offered a rescheduled appointment.
2. CPAP, BiPAP & Medical Equipment
Medical equipment, masks, accessories, and related products may be eligible for return only if:
The item is unused and in its original condition.
The original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
For hygiene and patient safety reasons, opened or used masks, tubing, filters, and other personal medical accessories may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
Used medical devices or accessories
Opened hygiene-related products
Customized or special-order products
Digital services or downloadable materials
Consultation and diagnostic service fees after completion
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
